FREEMASONS in Cumbria have donated a sum of money to a local charity.
A Cumbrian freemason lodge raised money through a raffle which they donated to Hospice at Home West Cumbria.
Over £300 was raised for the charity which provides end-of-life care to terminally ill patients across Cumbria in their own homes.
Various lodges across the county have been using fundraising initiatives to support charitable causes in the area, including a lodge in Cleator Moor supporting Blood Bikes.
A spokesperson said: "This week, the WM Russell Drummond from Cumbria Lodge No.6643 presented the proceeds from his installation raffle, £360, to Holly and Gemma, from Hospice at Home West Cumbria, what a wonderful donation to a very worthwhile charity.
