Eden Valley Hospice is seeking donations of prom wear to hold a low-cost pop-up shop.
The hospice, following last year's success, plans to repeat the event, providing individuals the opportunity to purchase quality or new prom attires at affordable prices while also supporting the charity.
In a post on social media, a spokesperson from Eden Valley Hospice said: "Prom can be a huge expense, especially when buying brand new so our pop-up would offer the perfect opportunity for local people to get high quality, or brand new, attire for the celebration - while shopping sustainable and supporting a local charity."
Donations of clean and undamaged dresses, suits, ties, and accessories can be dropped off at any hospice shops in Carlisle or Penrith.
Alternatively, donations can be taken directly to the hospice location on Durdar Road.
