PLANS have been put forward for a 'three-bay golf simulator' in Carlisle.
A golf simulator allows golfers to play and practice golf indoors in a virtual environment tracking balls into a screen or projection on real courses, all the while using a real club.
The change of use application was submitted to Cumberland Council on March 6, 2024.
The plans have been put forward by Mr Denham.
If given the green light, the indoor golf simulator will be housed in a former industrial unit at Kingmoor Park Central.
The site is said to be currently vacant.
Its proposed hours are from 9am to 10pm, seven days a week.
